Actress Lovi Poe has finally revealed her involvement in the upcoming Hollywood action-comedy film, “Bad Man.” The news comes after Deadline reported the film’s production wrap.

Taking to Instagram, Lovi shared her excitement with a post featuring a screenshot of the Deadline article and a series of behind-the-scenes snaps from the set. “So happy to finally announce being part of BAD MAN,” she wrote. “Can’t wait to share more about this amazing film with an even more amazing cast!”

Among the photos, fans can find a selfie with “American Pie” star Seann William Scott, a picture of Lovi in her trailer, and a short video clip featuring her alongside “After We Fell” actor Chance Perdomo.

In a separate post, Lovi revealed that filming in Alabama was the reason behind her recent visit to the state. Back in December, she had shared a photo of herself on the “Alabama Walk of Fame,” hinting at her involvement in a project there.

Several celebrities, including Janine Gutierrez, Iza Calzado, Ivana Alawi, and Jericho Rosales, showered Lovi with their support upon the announcement.

“Bad Man” follows the story of a wild-man state police officer who finds himself in a drug-ridden small town, clashing with the local deputy as they attempt to solve a murder. The film marks the directorial debut of Michael Diliberti, who co-wrote the screenplay with JJ Nelson. Notably, Diliberti previously penned the comedy “30 Minutes or Less,” starring Danny McBride, Jesse Eisenberg, Michael Pena, and Aziz Ansari.

This Hollywood venture isn’t Lovi’s only upcoming international project. She’s also set to appear in the British gangster biopic, “The Chelsea Cowboy,” alongside Alex Pettyfer, Poppy Delevingne, and Charlie Creed-Miles. The film is slated for release sometime in 2024.

Lovi’s most recent local project was her portrayal of Monique “Mokang” Dimaculangan-Frias / Montenegro in “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo.”
