Malabon Mayor Jeannie Sandoval and Dr. Lester Tan, regional director of the Center for Health and Development–DOH, lead a free medical services program at St. Gregory Homes in Barangay Panghulo. The program aims to make preventive and essential health care more accessible to Malabueños.
