SM Foundation opened last Friday the newly renovated Camp Bado Dangwa Hospital, marking its fifth health facility to be rehabilitated in the Cordillera region.
This initiative aims to strengthen healthcare services for law enforcement personnel and the local community.
Connie Angeles, Executive Director of Health and Medical Programs of SM Foundation Inc. led the opening ceremony, along with senior assistance vice president Marc Janssen, Cordillera police regional director Brig. Gen. David Peredo Jr., and police Cols. Julio Lizardo and Alma Paredes.
The renovated hospital has improved facilities, including a dedicated breastfeeding area, a lounge for elderly and pregnant patients, an emergency room, a children’s play area, a pharmacy, a dental clinic, and a nurse’s station with 24-hour service.
It also provides essential services such as family planning, medical consultations, child care and nutrition, mental health services, and dental care.
