The Sandiganbayan 3rd Division issued an arrest warrant and hold departure order against former senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. and six others over their alleged role in the flood control controversy.
According to a Sandiganbayan document released on Monday, Revilla and former Bulacan district engineering office officials Brice Hernandez, Jaypee Mendoza, Arjay Domasig, Juanito Mendoza, Emelita Juat, and Christina Pineda face charges of malversation of public funds.

This is in relation to their supposed roles in the alleged P92.8-million “ghost” project in Pandi, Bulacan.
The anti-graft court did not recommend bail.
