10th Infantry Division welcomes new officers

Major General Alvin Luzon, commander of the Philippine Army’s 10th Infantry Division, set a tone of unity, discipline, and excellence as he welcomed 44 newly assigned officers to the Agila Division.

Luzon led the division’s first flag-raising ceremony for 2026 at Camp General Manuel T. Yan Sr. in Tuburan, Mawab, Davao de Oro, which featured the induction of the new second lieutenants.

He said the additional officers will strengthen leadership and support ongoing efforts to maintain peace and security in the Davao Region and nearby provinces.

During the ceremony, Luzon also recognized key personnel, including Thea Grace Mission of the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Intelligence, who was named Best Civilian Human Resource (Administrative Category) for 2025.

Luzon emphasized leadership, unity, and professionalism, urging officers to uphold integrity, loyalty, and excellence as they serve the nation and the people of the region.
