National Housing Authority (NHA) general manager Joeben Tai recently led a series of site inspections of agency projects in Pampanga.
Together with NHA-Region 3 manager Ma. Fatima dela Cruz, Tai visited the San Fernando View Residences Phase 1 in Barangay Panipuan, Mexico, a housing project funded by the Department of Transportation.
The development is intended for families affected by the Philippine National Railway’s North-South Commuter Railway project and is already 70 percent complete.
Tai also inspected other DoTr-funded resettlement sites, including San Fernando View Residences Phase 4 in Mexico and the proposed Casa de Angeles project in Angeles City.
He said the inspections aim to ensure proper implementation, structural safety, and suitability of housing locations for resettled families.
