The Bureau of Immigration (BI) has reminded registered foreign nationals to comply with the mandatory 2026 Annual Report, as required under the Alien Registration Act of 1950.
Under the law, registered aliens must report in person within the first 60 days of the year, from Jan. 1 to March 1, 2026.
The BI said registrants must first complete online registration and present a valid ACR I-Card or paper-based ACR, passport, and proof of payment.
In-person reporting will be conducted at Robinsons Place Manila, while qualified foreigners may use the virtual Annual Report system available 24/7 through the BI e-services portal.
The bureau warned that failure to comply may result in fines or prosecution and stressed that annual reporting is required before an emigration clearance certificate can be issued.
