The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) confirmed the arrest of controversial contractor Cezarah Rowena ‘Sarah’ Discaya after serving her warrant late Thursday evening.
Discaya remained under the NBI custody and she will be detained at its custodial facility within the Bureau of Corrections compound in Mandaluyong City, according to NBI spokesman Palmer Mallari.

President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. earlier announced that the warrant for her arrest has been released in connection with anomalous flood control projects in Davao Occidental.
