The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) on Monday suspended classes and work in several areas for Tuesday, August 26, due to inclement weather.
The suspension covers all levels in both public and private schools, as well as government offices, in the following areas:

The Office of Civil Defense (OCD) on Monday said the country remains under blue alert as a new low pressure area (LPA) within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) threatens to bring more rains, even after the exit of Tropical Storm “Isang.”
