THE Department of Agrarian Reform on Friday ordered the dismissal of a contract of service worker for alleged name-dropping.
The government employee in question was reportedly designated as an administrative support staff IV of Assistant Secretary Ubaldo Sadiarin Jr.

Russel Smith allegedly dropped the name of Agrarian Reform Secretary Conrado Estrella III in an attempt to wiggle himself out of an illegal parking violation on Timog Ave. in Quezon City.
A video footage of the incident showed Smith refusing to present his driver’s license and speeding away to evade apprehension. “Fire him!” an irate Estrella directed Sadiarin.
