The Philippine Army’s 4th Field Artillery Battalion (4FAB) paid tribute to its distinguished member, LtCol Elvin Borromeo, as he marked the end of his illustrious career in the military land unit on December 28, 2024, at Camp Evangelista in Cagayan de Oro City.
According to the Philippine Army, in recognition of his outstanding service and leadership, LtCol Borromeo was presented with a Plaque of Recognition by the battalion.
“This honor acknowledges his invaluable contributions to the 4th Field Artillery Battalion during his tenure, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication to duty,” stated 4FAB.
The ceremony also took a moment to recognize the unwavering support of Borromeo’s wife, Mrs. Gina Borromeo. She was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation for her tireless efforts in supporting her husband throughout his military career.
