Bohol hosts Southeast Asia’s first Radisson Individuals Premier hotel

Lime Resort Bohol has opened as the first Radisson Individuals Premier property in Southeast Asia, introducing a premium beachfront retreat with 85 loft-style villas, dining venues, and lagoon-style pools on one of the country’s most visited island destinations.

A member of Radisson Hotel Group, the resort sits on Panglao Island and combines contemporary architecture with Filipino hospitality. Located steps from the shoreline, the property offers sunrise swims, oceanfront lounging, and sunset views without leaving the beachfront.

General Manager Quyen Le said the resort aims to celebrate Bohol’s culture and natural beauty while offering modern comfort and design, creating stays that encourage connection with nature and the local community.

The resort’s 85 villas include private balconies or terraces overlooking gardens, pools, or the sea. Interiors feature premium bedding, natural textures, and locally inspired décor. Amenities include rain showers, smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and minibars stocked with local refreshments. Select villas offer plunge pools or panoramic glass fronts with sunrise-to-sunset views.

Dining focuses on local ingredients and regional flavors. Larder serves Filipino, Southeast Asian, and international dishes, highlighting Bohol seafood and farm produce. Bar Paloma offers juices and cocktails by the pool, while Sunset Lounge serves grilled dishes, shareable plates, and wines with ocean views.

Three lagoon-style pools provide space for relaxation, with sun loungers and light bites available. Spa and fitness facilities are planned for a later phase.

Sustainability efforts include solar panels, LED lighting, inverter air-conditioning units, and water-saving fixtures. A Green Housekeeping Program reduces single-use plastics, while local sourcing and waste management support community livelihoods under the group’s Responsible Business framework.

Plans include flexible indoor and outdoor venues for beachside dinners, celebrations, and small corporate retreats, supported by modern audiovisual systems and high-speed connectivity.

From Panglao, guests can visit Hinagdanan Cave, the Chocolate Hills, the Loboc River, and Balicasag Island, known for diving and snorkeling. Other nearby attractions include the white-sand beaches of Anda and local markets showcasing Boholano crafts and cuisine.
