The story of REH Kings Empire Corp. did not begin in boardrooms or glossy business plans. It began with a young woman from Nueva Ecija working long days as a teacher’s assistant, determined to finish college even when circumstances told her otherwise.
Seven years after founding REH Kings Empire in 2019, chief executive officer and president Salome Garcia stood before hundreds of members and partners to mark the company’s anniversary, speaking less about expansion and more about legacy.
“Legacy is not measured by speed, but by depth. Not by visibility, but by consistency. Not by shortcuts, but by values that endure,” Garcia told employees and members gathered for the celebration.
Garcia’s rise traces back to modest beginnings. She grew up in a family of five children in Nueva Ecija. Her father worked as a government employee while her mother stayed home to raise the family.
In her third year of college, her father lost his job. The family urged her to stop studying. Garcia chose another path.
She worked seven days a week as a teacher’s assistant to pay her way through her final year in school. The routine meant little sleep and constant pressure, but she eventually earned her degree.
After graduation, Garcia moved to Manila and took whatever work she could find. She worked as a sales clerk and waitress, then spent her days teaching and her nights tutoring students. The experience built the discipline that would later guide her in business.
Her entry into entrepreneurship came through a small herbal products company, where she sold items door to door across towns and provinces. The work demanded persistence and resourcefulness, lessons that later shaped her own enterprise.
Today, the company she founded employs more than 100 people and operates across modern trade, direct selling, and entrepreneurial development.
REH Kings Empire marked its seventh anniversary with the theme “One Vision. One Empire. Seven Years Strong. Building Legacy,” signaling what Garcia described as a shift from rapid expansion toward long-term impact.
The gathering also featured several well-known personalities, including broadcast journalist Korina Sanchez-Roxas and columnist Pat P. Daza, who joined members and company leaders during the Members Congress.
Garcia told the audience that unity remains central to the company’s culture.
“Mission gives direction. But humility gives strength,” she said. “Empire is growing because we choose alignment over division. Collaboration over competition.”
Over the past seven years, REH Kings Empire has expanded through television, radio, and digital media engagements while organizing nationwide caravans, leadership trainings, and recognition programs.
The company’s product line centers on health, wellness, and everyday personal care. Its flagship supplement, Kings Herbal Plus, features herbal ingredients formulated to support daily well-being and active lifestyles.
Garcia said the company’s direction has matured alongside its growth.
“Seven years in, our question is no longer how fast we grow, but how we build what we have to leave behind,” she said. “To grow with integrity, to lead with humility, and to succeed with purpose.”
