Fresh Grounds, Ayala Malls’ first roastery zone, brings together artisanal cafés including the Philippines’ Ahon Coffee, Malaysia’s JB Kopitiam, and the Vietnamese-inspired Saigon Coffee. Nearby, The Crates provides a market-style setup with regional delicacies, fresh produce, and flower stalls. Outdoor food trucks serve crowd favorites such as Cibo, Yushoken, Goof! Doughnuts, Mos Burger, and German Doner Kebab, making each visit a chance to try something new.
This month, the mall hosts community events and seasonal activities. Valentine’s weekend featured retro 1990s-themed installations, vintage photo booths, and a live performance by Amiel Sol, capped by an outdoor screening of romantic comedies. Lunar New Year celebrations followed with zodiac displays, dragon and lion dances, and festive décor.
Mall operators said a growing selection of stores and experiences will continue to open to give visitors new things to discover with every return.
