Filipino fiesta lands at Mall of Asia with Kultura Crawl

Kultura is starting the year on a festive note, turning its signature Kultura Crawl into a full-blown Filipino fiesta at SM Mall of Asia.

From today, Jan. 21 until Jan. 25, the Main Atrium transforms into a pub crawl-style celebration of local food, fashion, and souvenirs, where shoppers hop from booth to booth sampling treats, joining games, and filling their bags with proudly Filipino finds.

The experience blends shopping with street-party energy. There are local snacks and drinks to taste daily, from bean-to-bar chocolate and award-winning liquor to ube- and mango-based treats. Shoppers who hit minimum spending levels can also enjoy classic favorites like sorbetes and taho, a nostalgic nod to childhood merienda.

A dedicated pasalubong corner features ready-to-gift bundles, travel-friendly fashion, and best-selling souvenirs, while those feeling playful can relive old-school games at the Fiesta Pabitin with same-day purchases. There are selfie spots, personalization stations for travel essentials, and curated bundles that mix food, T-shirts, and keepsakes.

On-site shipping services help visitors manage pasalubong purchases without worrying about baggage limits

The opening kicks off at 2:00 p.m. with live dance performances inspired by traditions from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, alongside fast-paced demos and short talks where brands showcase their products in quick 10-minute sessions.

One practical highlight is the Ship It Home Station, launched with Filipino-owned logistics firm Airspeed. Shoppers can have their purchases packed and shipped on-site, locally, or overseas, with discounted rates, skipping luggage limits and travel worries altogether.

Visitors can also leave their mark on the Destination Wall, pinning where they are from and where their pasalubong is headed, turning the space into a map of shared journeys and homecomings.

Part shopping trip, part food crawl, and part cultural showcase, Kultura Crawl runs until January 25 at SM Mall of Asia, offering a fiesta-filled way to start 2026 with Filipino flavor front and center.
