As more Filipinos lead unpredictable and fast-paced lives, the health and beauty retailer has extended store hours in key locations across Metro Manila, Luzon, the Visayas, and Mindanao regions. Customers can now purchase over-the-counter and prescription medicines, vitamins, skincare, personal care items, and other everyday necessities without time restrictions.
Watsons said the initiative aims to provide greater accessibility through longer store hours and digital services such as Click & Collect and home delivery via the Watsons app. Some branches have also adopted extended hours beyond the regular operating schedule.
The company opened 29 new stores in the first half of 2025, several of which operate 24 hours. These include locations in Manila and Cebu, with plans to expand across other cities and provinces.
Watsons said it is continuing to expand its 24/7 model to meet the needs of customers seeking round-the-clock access to health and personal care products.
