Sub-Zero and Wolf have introduced new refrigeration and oven technology that aims to enhance kitchen functionality with design and performance upgrades.
Sub-Zero launched its Classic Series and Designer Series refrigeration collections, featuring improved storage, lighting, and air purification. Wolf introduced the Dual VertiFlow convection system, designed to provide even heat distribution for baking, roasting, and broiling.
Jim Bakke, president and CEO of Sub-Zero Group Inc., said the company remains focused on preservation technology.
“Our commitment to producing superior preservation solutions that offer dependable performance and innovative design remains at the core of everything we do,” he said.
The Classic Series refrigerators feature a stainless steel exterior, while the Designer Series offers a fully integrated design. Both collections include ClearSight LED lighting for improved visibility, a Touch Control Panel for customizable settings, and a NASA-inspired air purification system to filter odors and ethylene gas. The Split Climate Intelligent Cooling System maintains separate temperature zones, while crisper drawers control humidity to extend food freshness.
Wolf’s Dual VertiFlow system, designed to complement Sub-Zero refrigeration, aims to maintain consistent oven temperatures and eliminate hot and cold spots.
