Gambito emphasized the project’s importance, stating that it will enhance opportunities and well-being for PWDs by providing essential services and fostering a sense of empowerment. The facility will include training and rehabilitation rooms, a children’s play area, and administrative offices, all designed to be accessible to individuals with various disabilities.

The building is designed for future expansion, with plans to add a third and fourth story funded by the provincial government. Cadabona highlighted that the project aligns with the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD), aiming to create an inclusive environment.
