ILAGAN City—In conjunction with the 2025 Bambanti Festival, Isabela province welcomed a delegation of ambassadors from 24 countries for a two-day familiarization tour here (Jan. 24–25).
The diplomatic group consisted of two charges de affaires, one deputy chief of mission, and 21 ambassadors.

Isabela Gov. Rodolfo Albano III and his wife Mylene Garcia who is the Philippine envoy to Japan, entertained the visitors at the Balai Guesthouse here. Albano emphasized the importance of the visit, saying it was the start of a continuing diplomatic relations.
