Workers of the Manila’s Department and Public Works laid asphalt to parts of Tondo and Sta. Mesa, Manila. The asphalting, which was supervised by the Highway Division, includes portion of Claro M. Recto corner Delpan Streets in Tondo to ensure the safety of residents from untoward incidents. The Highways Divisioin IV likewise asphalted the road along Barangay 627 in Sta. Mesa, Manila to cover the craters that usually caused accidents in the area.
