Candon City Mayor Eric Singson (right) traveled five hours from Candon to be at the Mall of Asia Arena for the formal contract signing with Philippine Basketball Association commissioner Willie Marcial at the half of Game 4 of the Philippine Cup Finals. With the pact, Candon City will be the host of the PBA All-Stars’ festivities.
