A female suspect bows her head in apparent shame as she is being presented to the press by Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon, Land Transportation Office chief Vigor Mendoza, and Philippine National Police-Anti-Cybercrime Group head Brig. Gen. Bernard Yang. The woman was arrested for allegedly selling bogus Persons With Disability identification cards and fake driver’s license.
