The Department of Tourism’s arm in the Cordillera Administrative Region hosted the Parade of Fluvial Floats as part of the 29th Panagbenga Festival. Eight floral floats bedecked with various varieties of colorful flowers parade took part in the parade that took place at the Burnham Park Lake.
