Bello III awards six overseas Filipino workers who won in a raffle draw during the ‘Bagong Taong Salubong’ for OFWs at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1 in Pasay City. Joining Bello are Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration, Undersecretaries Dominador R. Say and Ciriaco Lagunzad III, and Assistant Secretary Amy Reyes.
