Muntinlupa Mayor Jaime R. Fresnedi gives out rice and grocery packages to 100 household helpers during the Helpers United for Dignity, Respect for Labor and Protection Party last Dec. 28 at the City Quadrangle. Fresnedi vowed to assist the helpers with fair labor rights and other social services.
