Enterprises operating in the Freeport Area of Bataan (FAB) are among the province’s top tax contributors recognized by the provincial government of Bataan during the Sinag ng Bataan awards on Jan. 9, 2026 at the Bataan Tourism pavilion in Balanga City as part of the province’s 269th Foundation Day. Among the awardees is Mitsumi Philippines Inc., named Top 1 Taxpayer under the one-percent GIE share for Fiscal Year 2024. Receiving the award on behalf of Mitsumi is general manager Yoshitaka Kitahara (third from left) from Bataan Governor Joet Garcia, (second from left). Other awardees are East-Cam Tech Corp., Dunlop International Philippines Inc., Ruzena Estates Development Corp. and Essilor Manufacturing Philippines Inc.
