Pili Seal, a sustainable hybrid sealant and adhesive made from Pili tree resin waste, is one of the five awardees of the 2025 Presidential Filipinnovation Awards at the Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria in Quezon City on Thursday. The National Innovation Council (NIC) recognized the country’s most outstanding innovators including Pili Seal-Luzon; Palatak Palay Seeder-Luzon; RezBin-Visayas; Bambujett-Mindanao; and Ediphi-NCR. Each awardee received a presidential medallion, plaque and trophy along with a support package valued at up to P3.5 million, which includes mentoring and coaching, international exposure and investor linkages to help scale their impact globally.
