The Philippine Coast Guard BRP Teresa Magbanua (MRRV-9701) arrives at Pier 13, Port Area in Manila on Wednesday, after participating in the 2nd Trilateral Maritime Exercise with the United States Coast Guard (USCG) and the Japan Coast Guard (JCG) in Kagoshima, Japan, from June 16 to 20.
