The Iloilo City Government and the National Science and Technology Center for Disaster Reduction (NCDR) of Taiwan signed a Deed of Donation for Earthquake Early Warning Devices. Signing on behalf of the NCDR was its director, Dr. Hongey Chen, joined by local officials and NCDR representatives.
