Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Secretary, Maria Antonia Yulo Loyzaga confirms the results of the 2024 cumulative impact assessment conducted by the Marine Environment and Resources Foundation which showed that the ecosystem of Manila Bay remains vibrant.
