National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Secretary Arsenio Balisacan hosts a meeting with Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian on March 11, 2025 at the NEDA Central Office in Mandaluyong City to discuss the ‘Reducing Food Insecurity and Undernutrition with Electronic Vouchers’ (REFUEL) project. The proposed project aims to reduce food insecurity and hunger among vulnerable and low-income households by improving access to affordable, accessible and nutritious food.
