Floral floats embellish the roads of Baguio City on Sunday, February 23, 2025 to celebrate the 29th Panagbenga Festival.
This annual cultural tradition has become a tourist attraction for the Summer Capital. Some 43 floats are participating in this year’s parade as flowers bloom almost everywhere in the most popular city of Benguet.
