Benguet Electric Cooperative lineman Reagan Acdong turns over
a Philippine Scops Owl (Otis megalotis) to the Department of Environment
and Natural Resources-Cordillera Administrative Region (DENR-CAR). The baby owl was rescued at a wooded area near the Baguio Convention Center.
