Makati Mayor Abby Binay vows to push for amendments to the Local Government Code and promote public-private partnerships in the tourism sector. Speaking to the media in Kalibo, Aklan, Binay said she would also push for regular salaries for elected barangay officials who at present only receive honoraria.
