Key officials and personnel of the Department of Public Works and Highways – Central Office showcase their colorful and traditional Association of Southeast Asian Nations-inspired outfits during the department’s first flag ceremony of the year, pursuant to the latest Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 16, s. 2024 which sets the revised dress code of government officials and employees. The MC prescribes wearing ASEAN-inspired attire on the first Monday of the month, and Filipiniana-inspired attire during the remaining Mondays of the month.
