Clark Development Corp. (CDC) participates in training programs to improve the ease of doing business and enhance government service delivery. The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) organized the Regulatory Management Systems and Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) training for CDC officers and employees under the leadership of CDC president and chief executive Agnes Devanadera.
