Abnormal state

Taal Volcano belches a grayish plume from its main crater yesterday morning in what volcanologists described as a minor phreatomagmatic eruption. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology reminded the public that the volcano remains in an ‘abnormal state’ and alert level one remains in place.
