Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Amenah Pangandaman attends the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Investment Coordination Committee – Cabinet Committee (ICC-CC) meeting on Nov. 14, 2024 at the Department of Finance (DOF) Building in Manila. Chaired by Finance Secretary Ralph Recto and co-chaired by NEDA Secretary Arsenio Balisacan, the committee evaluated the National Irrigation Administration’s (NIA) Locally Financed Project (LFP) proposal and various national government agencies’ request for changes in their respective Official Development Assistance (ODA) projects.
