Dungganon Bank (A Microfinance Rural Bank) Inc. and Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation Inc. sign agreements with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas to become a currency exchange center (CEC) and currency exchange partner (CEP), respectively under the BSP Piso Caravan Program on Oct. 4, 2024 at the BSP Bacolod Branch in Negros Occidental.
