The Army’s 4th Infantry Division commander Maj. Gen. Jose Ma. Cuerpo pins the Wounded Personnel Medal on Sgt. Rene Mansulonay who was wounded during a clash with communist rebels in Sitio Tamyang, Brgy. Binicalan, San Luis, Agusan del Sur. A member of the local militia, Faith Seith Pinadanag, was also injured during the incident.
