Cultural celebration

Now on its third year, the annual Department of Tourism – Cordillera Administrative Region’s Festival of Festivals is again held in Baguio City. Featured were eight major festivals in the region — Kawayan Festival of Abra, Kopyan Chi Matagoan of Kalinga, The Spirited Lang-Ay Festival of Mt. Province, Say-am Festival of Apayao, Kulpi ad Ifugao of Ifugao Province, Bodong Festival of Kalinga, Adivay festival of Benguet and Panagbenga Festival of Baguio City.
