Cooking up success

The latest batch of Institute for Culinary Arts (ICA) students recently celebrated their graduation at the Santuario de La Salle in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. Since its founding in 2007, ICA has trained more than a thousand chefs, many of whom now hold senior posts in leading hotels, restaurants and cruise ships across 26 countries worldwide.
