Leading digital services firm supports pediatric cancer care group

Global leader in digital business services, TP in the Philippines, reinforced its commitment to inclusive growth and community development in Mindanao by naming the House of Hope Foundation for Kids with Cancer, Inc. as an official beneficiary under its corporate social responsibility arm, the Citizen of the World (COTW) Foundation.

Established in 2004, House of Hope has served as a vital pillar of pediatric cancer care in Mindanao for more than two decades. The foundation operates a “halfway house” for families traveling long distances to access treatment, while providing holistic medical, psychosocial, and financial assistance.

Through its Kids of Hope program and the Mindanao Pediatric Cancer Care Network, House of Hope has supported the development of the Southern Philippines Medical Center as a regional hub for pediatric oncology.

TP Philippines chief people officer and COTW Foundation president Jeffrey Johnson and House of Hope manager Arleen Aportadera signed the partnership agreement, strengthening their joint efforts to support children with cancer and their families.

“Being a true Citizen of the World means partnering with the communities where we live and work. This collaboration with House of Hope reflects our belief that corporate responsibility should translate into tangible, measurable impact, especially for the most vulnerable sectors,” Johnson said.

Through COTW, TP in the Philippines will support programs that expand access to treatment, promote early detection, and provide child life services designed to help young patients navigate the emotional and psychological challenges of care.

The partnership highlights TP’s broader focus on purpose-driven growth in the Philippines, particularly in Mindanao, where the company continues to expand its footprint while supporting long-term community development.
