Manila Water Company reports that its year-end nonrevenue water (NRW) clocks in at 13.55 percent, among the lowest in Asia and comparable to the performance of utilities in more developed countries. Maintaining NRW at this level demonstrates disciplined efforts to reduce losses arising from leaks, pilferage and metering inaccuracies, the company says. For the whole 2025, Manila Water posted an average NRW of 14.27 percent, showing sustained operational efficiency across the network.
