Property developer Megaworld has been listed as the only Philippine real estate company in the inaugural Fortune Asia 100 Best Companies to Work For in Southeast Asia.
The recognition places Megaworld among the region’s most admired organizations for fostering a workplace culture that empowers people to thrive, succeed and lead.
The milestone follows the company’s strong performance rating in its Great Place to Work certification, where 94 percent of Megaworld employees gave it an approval rating as a “great place to work.” This score is the highest among all major real estate developers in the Philippines.
Megaworld’s hospitality arm, Megaworld Hotels & Resorts, was also recognized for achieving one of the highest satisfaction ratings in its category in the region, joining other international hotel chains as one of Southeast Asia’s best hospitality employers.
