National and local governments, together with Aboitiz Power Corp. and a local community-based organization ratify the Tubo-Tubo Island Mangrove Conservation Project, a five-year, P14-million initiative to establish and steward 10 hectares of mangrove forest in Barangay Kabalutan, Orani, Bataan province.
