Anvaya Cove in Morong, Bataan, a 620-hectare seaside community, is set to become more accessible with the upcoming SCTEX-Hermosa Interchange, according to Ayala Land Inc.
The development, designed for multi-generational living, offers a blend of nature, comfort, and a setting for family milestones and traditions. It was developed by Ayala Land Premier, the luxury residential brand of Ayala Land.

The new interchange, a planned access point along the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX), will provide a more direct connection from Metro Manila and Central Luzon to the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, easing travel to Bataan’s western coastline.
Travelers from Metro Manila currently head north via NLEX and connect to SCTEX. With the Hermosa Interchange, they will bypass usual traffic and proceed directly to the Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
From there, the drive continues along Tipo Road, through Argonaut Highway, and onto the Morong-Bataan Road, leading to Anvaya Cove.
Upon completion, the interchange is expected to reduce travel time, enhance road safety, and create faster routes to tourism and residential areas like Anvaya Cove. This will make spontaneous weekend getaways more feasible for urban residents seeking coastal retreats, Ayala Land said.
Nestled between the Bataan and Zambales mountain ranges and the waters of Subic Bay, Anvaya Cove offers both seaside resort excitement and the tranquility of a mountain retreat.
