Megaworld Corp. is set to generate P6 billion in revenues from the sale of commercial lots within its 85-hectare township development in Marilao-Bocaue Bulacan.
Megaworld in a statement sent over the weekend it would develop 16 hectares of land in Northwin Global City, which will become the township’s central business district.
Megaworld plans to offer 145 prime shophouse lots with sizes ranging from 250 square meters (sq m) to 550 sq m. and commercial lots from 450 sqm to 750 sqm.
Megaworld said the central business district to be called Northwin Main Street will be masterplanned like New York City’s Fifth Avenue ,where corporate buildings, shophouses, hotels and commercial towers are lined up in pedestrian-friendly streets surrounded by well-curated gardens and parks.
“Since the township is just conveniently located along the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX), and just 20 kilometers away from Metro Manila, this will be the nearest business district outside of the capital where companies and businesses can build their shops and offices,” Megaworld executive vice president for sales and marketing Noli D. Hernandez said.
