The Inter-Agency Council for Traffic (I-ACT) is closely monitoring the EDSA Taft Bus Carousel to ensure that safety protocols are still followed on public vehicles. Minors are also allowed to ride buses and jeeps as long as they are accompanied by a parent or adult.
