Mayor Toby Tiangco and Rep. John Rey Tiangco (second and third from right) lead the groundbreaking for the improved Navotas Polytechnic College building. It will feature a 4-storey building with 28 classrooms, nine laboratories, a library, gym, and study areas. It will also house medical and dental clinics, a canteen, as well as outdoor sports and activity areas.
